She’s all about helping kids and teens find their voice, build confidence, and handle the hard stuff—whether that’s friendship drama, school avoidance, or meltdowns that come out of nowhere. She brings a calm, playful energy and knows how to connect with kids who’d rather be anywhere else but therapy.

Family work is messy—there are no perfect scripts or one-size-fits-all solutions. Nicole helps families talk to each other in ways that build trust, not tension. She supports parents in feeling more confident and helps kids feel heard without giving them all the power. If your household feels like it’s running on fumes, you’re in the right place.

Whether you’re figuring out how to be an adult, navigating a hard relationship, or feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start—we’ve got space for that. Jena has been an instrumental partner in my son’s mental health recovery. I no longer feel as though I’m carrying the burden of his struggles on my (non-expert) shoulders alone—I have a partner and my son has someone he trusts and relies on. Jena is always available to us—she fits in emergency appointments when needed, responds to an email about a concern I have, and always eases concerns with factual medical information and data, explaining what’s happening and then helping us come up with an action plan to move forward. She role plays with my son and teaches him real skills he can use in everyday life—meeting him where he is as an 11-year old. I don’t know what we’d do without her and I am thankful everyday we have her as our partner!
