No complaints at all about the experience- other than I wish Zocdoc (no fault of the provider) specified it was LensCrafters in the mall. There’s a couple optical places in the mall and all it gives you is the general mall address. Otherwise they were very kind, prompt, and reasonable!

the app said she took my insurance and so did the office she works out of. I was called the two days before to confirm my Medicare coverage and my appointment was CONFIRMED! ONLY TO BE CALLED LITERALLY THE NIGHT BEFORE TO SAY she no longer takes that insurance I could tell it wasn't the providers fault I'm sure she's amazing. so I asked the receptionist why would you confirm my insurance yesterday then? she then got really snappy with me and was just rude and had no real answers she was just talking to me like a number and not a person who deserved a reasonable explanation she eventually gave the phone to someone else without my knowing she just click and someone even ruder was them yelling at me. they need to figure there stuff out and not treat people based on there coverage or financial statis or disability or whatever bias they had against me just wanting to know why did it take you this long to see the insurance wasn't a match why does it STILL SAY SHE TAKES MEDACARE
