I left with horrible bloody gums. The dentist did not clean my teeth with paste, only went at them with a hatchet even while I was visibly in pain. Won’t go back

The Dr. was brief, but informative and efficient in his work. Not too much pain or discomfort from my cleaning. He showed me my xrays and the cavities I’d need to have treated, cleaned, and polished my teeth.
Accounting was clear about next steps and the assumed costs after they checked in with my insurance provider. It was strange that they used an iPhone to take a picture of my mouth after my cleaning — that didn’t seem sanitary.
I came in early, but waited in the dentist chair for an hour and a half past my appointed time. A heads up would have been appreciated.
The patient chair and dental equipment didn’t seem dirty... but there were stains on all the chairs in reception. I think they could be cleaned or replaced.

The building itself could use some updating but the staff more than makeup for it with their warm demeanor. I was treated kindly bu everyone from the receptionist to the dentist.Would come again

Pleasant enough cleaning/checkup visit. Nice gals at the front desk. Got back to the exam chair fairly quickly . Doctor noticed a small cavity and was able to fill and drill the same day - huge help to my schedule. I’ll be back in 6 months.

Dr. D and his staff were great!!! They’re very friendly but always professional. I was terrified to go to the dentist, but he team was amazing.. very professional and did all they could to make sure I felt reassured and was comfortable. Talked me through every thing I needed done and cost. My worries were put to rest quickly and I have a very clear dental plan going forward!

After the Doctor drilled my teeth, another woman came back to fill my cavities. I heard that woman say, "I could tell when she came back, I didn't even have to look at her films.." That was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable.
Just as I was getting up to leave I noticed a large bloody tooth on the floor. I asked about the tooth and she said, "Oh yeah that's a tooth, but it isn't yours so don't worry." I know it isn't my tooth because I didn't have one pulled. So someone else's large bloody tooth was in an area while they worked in my mouth. Not very sanitary!
