We are primary care practice that was founded in 2014 and since then have been an important part of health care community in the west valley region of Phoenix and Scottsdale. We have been offering comprehensive medical and preventive care to all patients in and around Phoenix, Arizona. The team of internal medicine physicians and well trained and supervised mid level providers in the practice have vast experience in delivering the right care for patients to make lives better. Now accepting new patients for primary care in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Same-week appointments available for annual physicals, diabetes, blood pressure, weight management, women’s health, and urgent medical concerns. We focus on personalized, thorough care with easy scheduling and minimal wait times. We also offer in office laboratory services.
