Phoenix is a fully telehealth practice in the state of Montana. Megz Jones is an advanced practice provider specializing in Women's Health, Gender Affirming Care and Mental Health. Our philosophy of inclusive, trauma-informed care brings folx a sense of safety and caring for ALL people. Phoenix provides 90 minute intake to include all of your needs. We accept most commercial health insurance plans and Medicaid. We also do sliding scale for self pay if needed.

Megz is a wonderful listener and compassionate provider. She patiently listened to my MANY concerns during a last-minute appointment right before the holidays and worked diligently to find in-network specialists for me that could further address my needs.
