I have a great experience going to this office. Dr. Moalemi is an excellent professional, well listener and figure out how to provide with the best treatment help me get better. The therapist Swati is excellent professional. She is awesome at what she does. Swati knows the best exercises and massages to make me feel better with my problems. The receptionists Jessica and Danielle are awesome and super helpful.
I would definitely recommend this office for the professionals who work there. They all care about their patients.

Doctor was generally very helpful and diagnosed me quickly, however I had a problem the next day and needed to speak with him but since he wasn’t in the office that day there was no one able to help me (it was during the week - not a weekend). No emergency number…nothing. Just “sorry you have to wait until tomorrow.”

I thought I might have slipped a disc in my back but wasnt sure where to start. I wanted to see a doc to evaluate me but I also knew I'd need to start PT, etc. I'm SO GLAD I WENT HERE because Dr. Moalemi figured out what was actually wrong with me AND took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I really felt heard. I'm also glad that the office actually has PT right there so it was easy to connect with all the resources I would need to get better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From start to finish: Erica who took my initial call was very helpful with getting my insurance taken care of before my visit. Meeting her at the office the first time, she was very nice to say the least. She made me feel welcome. Dr. Moalemi, listened to all my complaints that brought me to the office and addressed them all. I never felt rushed at all. I later met with PT David. He was equally as kind and I feel very at ease with him.

I was extremely disappointed that ZocDoc had showed this doctor as in-network but when I arrived and showed them my insurance card they said the doctor was out-of-network. They need to update the system, because I would never have made an appt if I knew.

Felt rushed by the doctor while in the session. I think it was 5 minutes total. Receptionist was really nice, but she couldn't find a pen for me to fill out my forms, and didn't understand doctor's referral instructions (which wasn't her fault, I think). They were supposed to call me back to answer an insurance question, and they never called back. When I called them later to check in, they said they'd call back and again I had to call them back myself.

It's got to be my WORST visit to a doctor. They overbook like crazy and waited more than an hour and they take an insane amount of time verifying your insurance. The receptionists were very incompetent and unprofessional and the whole place seems shady. Save your precious time and go elsewhere, you will regret going there.

Would highly recommend Dr. Moalemi. Great bedside manner, wait time was very short, and his hours are flexible if you happen to work daytime and need consult him after 5pm.
