CANCELLATION POLICY: (includes NO SHOW/MISSED appointments)
1. New patients may "cancel" their appointment WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING with NO cancellation fee. After 24 hours, a $40.00 fee will apply.
2. This fee will be WAIVED if you CALL OUR OFFICE, reschedule your appointment and keep that appointment with a 30 day window.
