I will just come out and say the Doc solved my issue with medication. But he needs to learn how to be more professional. During my video visit, his internet kept dropping on him, and he flat-out blamed me and told me my video kept freezing. I don't think so, buddy! I work in IT and from home and am required to host video workshops for at least 4 hours a day. I pay for 1000mbps and connect via 802.11AX. I have never had any freezing, or drops during my workshop for the last 3 years I've been doing this job. But it's ok, I overlooked his complaining. After my appointment, he told me to call back in a month, that is my next appointment. There's no time, just a date. I called on that date, but it went to voicemail, so I left a message to call me back. he called me back 4 days later which I missed. but then has the nerve to text me "Called you back, you didn't answer". At that point, I told him I'd find another doc.

I stop going in person to my previous PCP just because I felt I was just another number for him. This provider listen to me and asked follow up questions when needed, which let me know he was paying attention, courtesy was on point, I actually can say that all it took me was a video call with the provider to know that I was going to be taken care.

Can't recommend Dr. Au, primarily because of poor communication. He texted iphone pictures of his scripts rather than provide them through the proper communication channels, did not help with referrals, did not send over his full notes. I clearly needed an MRI and he assured me over a telemedicine appointment that I did not need one, which makes no sense. When I saw a doctor in person, they agreed that I needed an MRI.
