Office was fine, a bit dingy. The staff was good. Doctors knowledgeable. My only complaint is that my nose swab for Covid made me tear up like a fountain and I had residual pain in my nasal cavity from the swab. Pretty sure that’s not normal, but overall the visit was fine.

Other than the fact that the Dr.’s office wasn’t aware that it was a virtual appointment - Zocdoc failed to mention that - everything went really well. I would highly recommend that others use this service and these Doctors. She was very professional and efficient. Walmart Pharmacy notified me surprisingly quickly by text msg that my prescriptions had been called in & were ready for pick up.

Little confusion again - my appointment was booked as an "in office" visit instead of a virtual appointment but it was quickly taken care of after I called the office. I waited about 30 minutes before my appointment took place and then was on my way with the rest of my day.
