Dr Kumar is so friendly and listens, and the staff is fantastic. I was so impressed that I switched my entire family to her practice. If you are looking for an attentive, kind, and thorough doctor, you call Dr. Kumar. As a reference, I had a personal concierge doc, and switching is not easy for me, but she treats you like a VIP. I was able to have my prescriptions called in with no issues. Even when she was out of the office, her PA was able to help me. Call her today, and book. Do not hesitate. She also handles Ped, so I am moving my kids to her from Hinsdale Peds.

The doctor was very unconcerned with my actual issues and continued to make it seem as if my problems were small and unnecessary to speak on. i explained myself 4-5 times and she still only offered to start me on a medication pertaining to only one problem mentioned. Doctor made me feel unseen and stupid. Awful energy and attitude from entire staff besides the nurse.

She did not listen to my concerns and she ripped on me in regards to a medication I am taking for weight loss. I had to keep apologizing to her because she was telling me all the things I was doing wrong. Very uncomfortable.
The Doctor was a great listener. She didn't do anything wrong, it was her staff. I'm an African-American woman who just so happened to be disabled. I was discriminated against, by the office manager name Jade. I should have never had to disclose that I had a disability to try and get the office manager to stop yelling at me. She was rude, put her hands in my face and was disrespectful. I told the doctor I didn't feel safe and was worried that she would do something to any meds I would have received. If you are a person if color or disable as if Jade still works there before going. Otherwise, I DO NOT RECOMMED GOING! I will be placing a complaint for discrimination of a disabled and person of color. Again! The doctor was sweet. But the fact that the staff feels free to act like that worries me!

I was not seen by the physician I booked and office management is absolutely terrible. My insurance was never billed for the visit and I had to call their office multiple times to leave a message. No returned call and the front office just transfers you to voicemail. Avoid the office and practice at all costs.

The office manager spoke so poorly to the lady that works at the front desk, it was awful to watch and listen to. Dr. Kumar did not review results with me, did not bring her laptop into the room, and was not present because her kids were in the office to visit her- she was very distracted. We decided on a plan of action, and she told me she would call in a script. She never did, she decided to change the plan after "finally reviewing my results" and send me somewhere else. The whole experience was bizarre and frustrating. There are a lot of available appointments because no one returns for a 2nd appt. Go somewhere else.

Ok I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed walking into this office. I loved everyone working in that office. I actually told my NEW Dr. Bhavya Kumar, MD, that I loved her. First time client here with her. She had all the questions and all the answers to my questions. She listens, she’s not in a rush and has the best personality and smile. I have a lot of Drs. And She’s honestly my favorite. I have a lot problems from my kidney transplant. And she knows how to address every complaint I had. The funniest was, she’s good friends with my neaphologist who’s in Elk Grove Village, Dr. Pillbury. What a Small world it is!! And yes, yes, yes I finally found my new primary. Thank you to everyone for making me laugh yesterday!!! Loved everyone!!!!

I haven't seen Doctor Kumar in about 2 1/2 3 years , I was wondering if she would remember me. When I walked into her office, sure enough, she remembered me. Doctor Kumar said she had seen me on TV, and we shared a laugh. I was there today on my new journey, concerned about my health. She kept it 100% with me. came up with a plan that's gonna get me back on track. I look forward to coming back for future visits. Doctor kumar looks great, Her staff was just wonderful, her new office is very, very welcoming. She is a great, wonderful doctor.

When I finally left the doctor's office I had been their nearly two hours. I was seen by an MA, NP, and the doctor which meant I had to repeat my entire history, meds, and problems 3x. Frustrating enough but when I was talking to the doctor, which I spent less than 10 min w/her, she kept making me repeat myself and interrupting me when I was clearing up her misunderstanding. I went to establish a doctor and get treatment for migraines and ADHD, her staff assured me she treated both, but at the end of the 2 hour disaster she tried referring me out and seemed uncomfortable treating this conditions. And the office! Chaos. Called me 6 times the day before to ensure I was coming. I asked them to no longer call me for reminders since they apparently don't have system to update other employees or don't bother checking it. I called to leave a VM to cancel to my follow up due to other appointments and someone interrupted the VM message with screaming kids in the background.

This office needs to invest in some rugs for sound insulation, it's really echo-y in there and I could hear the patient before me talking as well as the doc talking on the phone and it was off putting
I really like how doctor bhavya kumar listen each and everything carefully and did the needful. I also like the staff, everyone is friendly and taking care of the patients. I am glad that I have choose this hospital. I would highly recommend to everyone out there.
