Working with Brian and Lance was a breath of fresh air. I needed help with my left knee and I was worried that nothing I could do would giving my the strength and confidence I had pre injury but they helped so much. Not only are my legs stronger than they were before but but their patience and thoroughness gave me the confidence to feel as good as I ever have. I highly recommend these guys. 10/10!
