This was my first time seeing Dr. Jae, and it was honestly the best dentist experience I’ve had in a while. I’m usually really anxious about dental visits because of some not-so-great experiences in the past, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. First of all, the office is extremely clean and even smells amazing (yes, I notice these things!). The staff are incredibly friendly and truly go above and beyond to make patients feel at ease. Even the service over the phone is excellent, which already gave me a great first impression before I arrived. Dr. Jae and his team provided one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was seated immediately with zero wait time. After taking x-rays, Dr. Jae spent a significant amount of time with me going through a full consultation. I have some complex issues that may involve coordination with an orthodontist and possibly an oral surgeon, and Dr. Jae took the time to carefully explain the full picture and develop a thoughtful plan that includes collaboration with other specialists. I was honestly surprised by how thorough and attentive he was that I almost felt bad for taking up so much of his time, but it showed how much he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve never experienced this level of care from a dentist before. I’ll be booking an appointment for my wife as well. Highly recommend Dr. Jae.

I feel fortunate to have found this place. Dr. Jae is very respectful, knowledgeable and patient. He made sure I understood what work needed to be done and emphasized the time and appointments required to complete my work. I had a chip on my front tooth he was able to fix very quickly after my cleaning. The dental assistants were also very knowledgeable and kind. The receptionist was so warm and welcoming and eager to find out answers to my questions. I also appreciate being told I’m doing great on my dental health. I didn’t feel like a child being scolded. Can’t wait to go back

I had a great experience at this office. The area was immaculate and well-organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff was kind and professional, and the provider took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns without rushing me.
They carefully explained everything step by step and showed me what was happening, which helped ease a lot of my concerns. I really appreciated how patient and thorough they were. As a bonus, having Netflix available during the procedure made the experience even more comfortable.
