I had my first visit yesterday. Dr. Richman was SO patient with me! I had multiple problems I needed to address, and he and his nurse (Bettonia maybe?) addressed each one with due diligence. Their bedside manner was very gentle and considerate. Megan was my audiologist. She explained each step thoroughly and was so kind!

Dr. John may be as good as his reviews suggest, but the overall experience getting to see him was extremely frustrating. I was asked to upload my information multiple times across different platforms (Zocdoc, Piedmont ENT, Practice Mailer, and Klara), which felt unnecessarily repetitive.
Throughout the entire process, I never connected with a real person, only automated systems. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early at the provided address but spent over 30 minutes driving around trying to find the correct location. When I called the office for help, no one was available, and I was met with more automated responses. By the time I finally reached a real person, my grace period had passed, and I chose to cancel the appointment out of frustration.
Overall, this was one of the most frustrating doctor appointment experiences I’ve had, and based on this process, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I cannot recommend this practice and Dr Coleman enough. He was primarily knowledgeable and very competent. He was also compassionate, understanding, did not dismiss any concerns or questions, gave all medical options and was clear about his prognosis. Some of the best bedside manner I have experienced.
The office staff went above and beyond to support the visit in collecting records and providing assurance.

The front staff was very nice and pleasant. We will recommend this Dr. Jaron’s to the whole world as have not come across an ENT so through/ patient with us/ giving us options to rule out other diagnosis. Glad to have driven 2 hours just to see him as recommended by a relative/ patient of this doctor. Will certainly keep following up with him.
