Jun Kim is excellent she listens and her bed side manner is above reproach . I would recommend any and all to Jun Kim she is professional, knowledgeable and involves you in your care. I rather see her than some of the other doctors due to better care.

I had my first visit yesterday. Dr. Richman was SO patient with me! I had multiple problems I needed to address, and he and his nurse (Bettonia maybe?) addressed each one with due diligence. Their bedside manner was very gentle and considerate. Megan was my audiologist. She explained each step thoroughly and was so kind!

Great experience from the moment you step in the door, professional, friendly, and then the darling PA who took care of me. I know her name, but I’m drawing a blink. She was fabulous and the doctor just has a great attitude warm friendly down to earth. You don’t feel talk down to the way some doctors can make you feel.

Dr. John may be as good as his reviews suggest, but the overall experience getting to see him was extremely frustrating. I was asked to upload my information multiple times across different platforms (Zocdoc, Piedmont ENT, Practice Mailer, and Klara), which felt unnecessarily repetitive.
Throughout the entire process, I never connected with a real person, only automated systems. On the day of my appointment, I arrived 20 minutes early at the provided address but spent over 30 minutes driving around trying to find the correct location. When I called the office for help, no one was available, and I was met with more automated responses. By the time I finally reached a real person, my grace period had passed, and I chose to cancel the appointment out of frustration.
Overall, this was one of the most frustrating doctor appointment experiences I’ve had, and based on this process, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I saw Dr. Sayyedi. He was really terrific. Took me on time. Thorough work up. I trusted his consultation as I had been not been feeling well for a couple of weeks.
I will definitely schedule with him again when I need ENT.

There is a comfort level that happens the moment that Dr. Seyyedi walks into the room as he puts you at ease with his warm personality, and you feel like you're going to get the help you need. He takes the time explaining what he finds in a way that doesn't make you feel stupid for not knowing, and willing to follow his instructions.

Very professional office and nursing staff. Use of the iPad aids in entry of health history in an effective manner, helping to secure privacy. Dr Seyyedi explained procedures and results clearly and is very kind and caring. Provided a referral to another specialist. Will return here should something arise within their specialty.

Dr. Kinealy is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He took so much time talking me through all of my options and was extremely understanding of my concerns. He was never annoyed by any of my questions, took his time explaining everything to me, and never made me feel like he was in a rush to get out of the room to get to the next patient. His approach to practicing medicine is so refreshing. The medical assistants in the office were also so amazing and kind!
