this office does not take my insurance so it should not be listed. it showed as the only provider in the area that accepts mine and was constantly sponsored on top. any other doctors were an hour away, and this was already a 30 min drive. the ladies at the front seemed very confused about why i was there but im assuming they could see i booked thru zocdoc and kinda had this “oh brother” demeanor about it as if they have had this issue before but cant take themself off the website. i signed in and waited 30 mins before that interaction happened. i was never given anything to fill out, and then after all that, to wait to be seen as a cash patient would be another hour. so i left

Arrived at 8:50am for my 9am appointment (first of the day). Sat in the waiting room and watched others be called up to the desk and called back to the patient rooms, while I sat there. Nobody called me up to the desk for copayment or back to a patient room, so I left at 9:30.

I set this appointment 2 weeks before. I drove an hour to this place and waited in the waiting room all for the front desk lady to come and tell me that the doctor went on vacation. Absolutely ridiculous. This doctor's Google reviews are 2.7 stars on google. I'm starting to question the accuracy of ZocDoc reviews.

Dr. Pierre-Richard Edouard, MD provided an excellent experience. I was seen immediately, and the entire visit was very smooth. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Edouard took his time, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel heard and well cared for. The assistants were also welcoming and professional. Overall, a great visit—I highly recommend this practice.

They claimed to take my insurance took my card number ect. Then they decided they didn’t take it called me up later that day and said they couldn’t accept it after they had the info and said they could . Then they called me saying are you ready for yr appointment very confusing and then again saying it was cancelled. Due to my insurance
