I set this appointment 2 weeks before. I drove an hour to this place and waited in the waiting room all for the front desk lady to come and tell me that the doctor went on vacation. Absolutely ridiculous. This doctor's Google reviews are 2.7 stars on google. I'm starting to question the accuracy of ZocDoc reviews.

Dr. Pierre-Richard Edouard, MD provided an excellent experience. I was seen immediately, and the entire visit was very smooth. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Dr. Edouard took his time, listened carefully to my concerns, and made me feel heard and well cared for. The assistants were also welcoming and professional. Overall, a great visit—I highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Pierre Richard was excellent and very thorough and answered all my Medical Questions and refilled my medications. He also had two junior doctors interns and his instruction to them and me as a former Assistant Dean in the College of Medicine at FIU was very informative and helpful to us all.

I think that they need to update their system because in Zocdoc it says they take my insurance and surely when I got there they didn’t and I took a whole day of work just for that and I asked if I can pay the visit and told me that only if I pay in cash because their machine wasn’t working but if I left I would lose my appointment time

On 3/20 I scheduled my Appointment for 3/29. I’ve received a confirmation and reminders via text every few days up until the morning before the appointment. Only to arrive and the office was closed with a sign on the door stating they would be closed on 3/28 and 3/29. I was not notified via text, email, phone call or pigeon mail. I’m highly disappointed that I wasted my day off work for nothing.

I felt comfortable considering this was my first visit. He listen and also asked questions about my health concerns. The other thing I like he had some interns working with him but before he allowed to come into the area we were in he asked me first if it was ok. The staff was amazing and very friendly, hopefully I will be able to continue with him once I change my health insurance to medicare.

I had scheduled an appointment today due to feeling very ill. When speaking to the receptionist she reported she informed Zocdoc their office does not accept my insurance anymore but was still not updated on the site yet. I was so ill & did want to spend time to look for another PCP, so paid out of pocket to get medical help ASAP. I wish I took the time to look elsewhere as my experience after the visit was terrible. I took the prescription to the pharmacy as directed, but when I got there they informed me they do not have the medicine & would need to have the MD send a new order in. Spoke to the front desk MD office and said he would order it. I then spent my entire day trying to get hold of the office as the pharmacy said they never got an order. After trying to get back in touch with the office the phone went straight to voicemail & the mailbox was full so leaving a message was not an option. DR finally answered and said he will send the order.. never did after confirming with CVS

The entire visit and experience was great. I chose this doctor for my husband because of the cultural background. It was hard to get him to a doctor but he felt most comfortable with someone similar to him.

My experience at the doctors office was a little better. The receptionist acknowledged me I signed in at 9:55 am my appointment was confirmed for 10:30 am I was wisked in ammediatly however I waited almost an 1 hour to see the doctor. I was the only patient in the lobby and I signed in there we're no signature on the clip board. I finish seeing the doctor at 1 pm. My doctor is professional and friendly he's an excellent listener. Dr. Edward is passionate about his job. I've complained in past about the staff and wait time. I see positive changes with new staff members but the wait time is still the same 2 hour's. I would to the staff acknowledge ZODOC patients. They weren't sure if I was scheduled for a doctor's appointment for today.
Same as last doctor's visit I had to show my appointment email confirmation.
There's some positive improvement but it can be way better.

My appointment was confirmed through Zodoc app 2 month ago my arrival was confirmed 10 am. I left the office at 1:20 pm The doctor seen me in his office it took about 30 minutes. The wait time is extremely to long to see him.
I would recommend this doctor for sure he's a great listener! he ask how am I doing health wise.
Dr. Pierre Richard is a doctor that cares about his patients and he's extremely knowledgeable in the medicine field. He follows up on my medications and inquire if I have any difficulty taken my medication.
His bedside manner is a five star five diamond level as The Ritz Carlton hotel in the Hospitality Industry *****
