No two people experience mental health the same way, so treatment should never be based on a predetermined formula. I take the time to understand your experiences, strengths, challenges, values, and goals before making recommendations. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan that reflects both the best available clinical evidence and what matters most to you. I view treatment as a collaborative relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication. You are the expert on your own life, and I bring clinical expertise to help guide the process. I believe the best decisions are made together, with a clear understanding of the benefits, risks, and alternatives of every treatment option. Whether discussing medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, or other evidence-based approaches, you'll always be encouraged to ask questions and participate actively in your care. Mental health treatment is often most effective when everyone is working toward the same goals. With your permission, I collaborate closely with therapists, primary care providers, specialists, and supportive family members or other trusted individuals when appropriate. By working together as a team, we can provide more coordinated, comprehensive care and better support your progress. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents, adults, and older adults. My approach integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with psychotherapy principles to help patients build lasting skills, not simply manage symptoms. My goal is for every patient to leave each appointment feeling informed, respected, and confident that we are moving forward together with a thoughtful plan tailored to their unique needs.

Bracha is not only a top psychiatric provider who is compassionate and knowledgeable, she is also responsive! She actually spends time listening to me, then she formulates a plan together with me and always asks for my input, hesitations, questions or concerns. Never do I feel rushed or leave an appointment feeling unsure of the plan. Plus, if any questions later arise she is super responsive and professional. I finally found a provider that checks all the boxes!
