The doctor was nice. I was not allowed to have anyone in the room with me when I got my Pap smear just the doctor and her assistant, which was a surprise to me when I brought someone because I was nervous. The doctor offered to do blood work along with my annual physical. When I told the front office to schedule my next visit the assistant immediately said no that I wasn’t supposed to do that, and then went to check with the doctor and phrased it differently like I was lying or stupid which made me uncomfortable.

I recently visited Dr. Lissy Joseph for my annual checkup and had a wonderful experience. She was extremely kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. I truly appreciated the guidance and valuable inputs she gave me about maintaining my health. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable physician.

NP Lissy was wonderful! The compassion she has is 10/10 across the board. She is very understanding and strives to educate you on your health issues. I always have a good time when I see her. I am happy to have her as my PCP. The staff is also very nice and helpful!

I saw Nurse Practioner Lissy for a UTI. She was very thorough with explanation of the cause and type of prescription she would give me. it is nice seeing that she works in this office with Dr. Pablani because they are now 2 people who i trust with my medical care. highly recommend you see her. you will not be disappointed.

I never got any results of my bloodwork or urine cultures. I went in for serious reasons too. When I try to call during business hours I don’t get an answer or even a call back. But they still sent me an expensive bill haha.

Will not return, fist time I ever walked out on a doctor. For the problem I was there for, I was told it was not a problem. She did not listen to my story fully, I was essentially told not to worry about. It was even suggested that I did not need my mental health medication, power of positive thinking. Zero stars if I could, would not recommend.

I went in for a breast reduction consultation and left feeling frustrated and unsupported. The doctor dismissed most of my medical concerns, seemed unsure about important details, and told me I shouldn’t even be considering the procedure because of my age. The visit felt unprofessional and like a waste of both time and money. I would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon or another specialist who listens, provides clear guidance, and takes your concerns seriously.
