I recently moved to the DMV from a small town, an was a little nervous about what my doctor’s office experience would be like in a much more urban place. I’ve read reviews from others about feeling rushed and unheard, or just rude. My experience with Dr. Zaeeter could not have been further from that. He, as well as the entire office staff, treated me with so much kindness and patience. I felt like I was getting the same, smaller town experience I grew up with (but with much more advanced technology). The parking lot for the building was spacious and ways to navigate. Inside the office, the waiting room was spacious and genuinely smelled so good, with a TV playing and great ambiance. Nelly was behind the front desk, and later helped with my EKG and blood work, and was incredibly friendly. I am so happy I found Pioneer Medical and will absolutely be establishing Dr. Zaeeter as my primary physicians.
