Pioneer Physicians
Pioneer Physicians provides immediate care for non-emergency injuries and illnesses. Patients are able to be seen without an appointment and our facility is staffed by excellent physicians and nurses who will take care of you and help to restore your health. We are able to provide diagnostic services for a wide variety of injuries and illnesses.
In addition to providing our patients with a walk-in urgent care, we also offer primary care. Our highly qualified team includes family medicine and internal medicine. We are proud to offer comprehensive services for children and adults and our goal is to provide compassionate and exceptional care for all of our patients. PATIENTS MAY BE SEEN BY PROVIDERS OTHER THAN THEY ONE THEY BOOKED WITH.

Zocdoc never sent my appointment time slot or completed forms, so the office was completely unaware of my appointment.
Thankfully they accept walk-ins, but as a result of losing my appointment slot, the wait time was pretty long.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to be seen right away and felt I got some good advice. I did not see the doctor that I booked the appointment with but that was not at all a problem. The doctor I had was great.

The doc was amazing and truly helpful. I was not seen initially by the NP I booked with, but instead passed to another person I was not even introduced to, who thankfully was good to work with but dis not seem to know where anything was, then I saw the doc, who was wonderful, helpful, kind, and intelligent, then I finally saw the NP I was booked with who seemed bothered by my overall presence or being inconvenienced by the care I was requesting. Overall, not a fantastic experience, but the saving grace was the doc who helped me with all the needs I talked about.

Nurse Thomas was good but the office was terrible. Staff did not wear masks or enforce mask wearing in waiting area. Medical assistant did not introduce herself and was badmouthing other medical assistants in front of me. She was not receptive to pain and would not talk found enough for me to hear her (I had an ear infection). She was asked by nurse Thomas to irrigate both my ears and she did one and didn't try on the other (I had to do it myself). Overall don't go here, if medical assistants are trying to go on lunch they won't treat you.

I did not realize it was a walk in clinic but I got an appt through zoc doc so I headed 40 min away. I got lucky, the doc was great as were her nurses and front desk. She listened to what I said and offered diagnostics to help figure out what was wrong.

Outstanding! I felt a little odd going to an urgent care facility for my annual well woman visit but it was the closest female to me that took my insurance, and I'm so happy I did! Crystal Thomas is wonderful and I intend to continue going to her not only for my well woman visits but also primary care. The office was ready for my appointment and accepted all the forms I filled out online; easy check-in. Front desk workers were sweet! No real wait time. The lobby was super nice with a stainless steel fridge full of juice boxes, haha. The nurse assisting on my appointment was so sweet and we bonded over tik tok LOL. Dr. Thomas did everything I needed, including filling out my annual physical form for my employer while I was there, and she even offered we do some baseline blood tests while I was there which I eagerly jumped on! Very respectful, they protect your dignity, and the place was super clean. Wonderful experience; I'm so happy I found them!

Dr.Thomas is a great Dr. She listens to your needs and is good with children to. She not afraid to write a prescription for your illness and very knowledgeable. Very caring staff also I recommend her for your adults needs or children needs!

I thoroughly enjoyed being seen by Dr. Thomas and her staff! From the moment I walked in, the office staff was friendly and informative. Although there were many people waiting, as it was a busy day and there were many walk-ins, I was informed of when I would be seen. The staff was friendly and polite with all the individuals who came in, no matter how many people there were! Then, when I was seen by the assistant and she was helpful and caring. When I finally seen by Dr. Thomas, she was very sweet and addressed all of my questions. She was thorough and explained everything, although she was extremely busy. I even complimented her and her staff for the amazing service! I live 30 minutes away from this doctors office but would travel back there in a heartbeat because of the amazing experience! No wonder there were so many people, they too must has received great care!

My experience wasn't exactly what I expected. I was assuming I would be going to a private practice office, but rather it was a walk in clinic in a strip mall. I arrived on time, but I had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor. The doctor that saw me was fine, but she was in a rush, tending to other patients. What I didn't know she saw all types of patients with different issues, when I thought she specialized with the procedure I had came in for. The place is fine is you don't have insurance, or you have HMO insurance like me that doesn't give you many options in doctors. But I plan to go back to my normal doctor once I have acquire better insurance again.
