Plains Therapy Group
Plains Therapy Group is a welcoming, client-centered counseling practice serving individuals, couples, families, and children in Omaha and the surrounding communities. Our goal is to make high-quality mental health care accessible, practical, and personalized to each person who walks through our doors.
Our team of licensed and experienced therapists provides support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, grief, behavioral concerns, and family difficulties. We understand that every client is different, so treatment is tailored to each person’s needs, goals, experiences, and preferences.
At Plains Therapy Group, we believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches while creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families and offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. Our Omaha office provides a comfortable, professional setting with appointment options designed to fit a variety of schedules.
We also believe accessing therapy should be as straightforward as possible. Plains Therapy Group works with many major insurance plans and is committed to helping clients understand their coverage and connect with a therapist who is a good fit.
