The visit was for a cleaning, and was very good. But a few days before my visit my appointment was changed from 11:30 am to 10:30 am without contacting me, which annoyed me. I noticed the change that morning with very little time to spare. Also, I do not like the credit card processing charge, particularly where I approve a charge amount at the counter and then it shows up on my account as 3 percent higher. It is not clear to me whether the processing charge also applies to debit cards. My comments are offered in the hope you will improve your administrative processes.
