Because I can walk to the office and the staff has watched me coming, since I live in clear view across that hay field. They let others know I was on my way. Nicely greeted at front desk & was taken back within minutes. The hygienist did a great & thorough cleaning. Xray tech did a quick & easy set of pictures. Dr. Seto identified a problem during her exam & showed me a picture of the tooth. They gave me an estimate & I agreed to have it fixed so they set up future appointments within minutes, never had to leave the chair! Great customer service, thankyou!
