My visit was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous. For example, when there was a change in the scheduled appointment time. A staff member called and informed me of the new time. I was impressed with Dr. Wilkinson patience and treatment of my brother. He treated my brother with respect during the examination and calm him when my brother was nervous. It's rare to find Doctors of color in our community who treat the Intellectually Disabled population. I'm very happy that I found a competent doctor that will be the primary physician for my brother in the future.

Very good clinic but need to fix their zocdoc, very scary to be told you don't have an appointment, not sure what they did or why they let me in. But if zocdoc how i found them then they need to fix that. Once inside I was well taken care of.

If you are choosing to see this doctor, do not make an appointment with Zocdoc. They never received it and it inconvenienced my whole day, even after receiving an emailed confirmation

My appointment was Fantastic, the doctor took time getting to know me and my health history, did a thural checkup. I was quite surprised I’m not used to doctors being that patient.

I drove an hour to the appointment and they said the doctor wasn't there and its not "their fault" that Zocdoc isn't updated to the correct schedule.

The 2 front lady's are very unprofessional to the point that I can't trust this primary care with my information. Avoid this place. The lady gave me alot of attitude. I booked my appointment though zocdoc since last week, I came in there they are telling me they don't see my appointment. I am showing the lady on my phone I have a zocdoc appointment, it's like she didnt want to know with a very bad attitude. Like looking me up and down. Then they tell me there appointments are full. Even though zocdoc shows they have a lot of appointments available. She proceeds to ask me why am I seeing the doctor in front of another patient, I know by law I don't have to state that in public. These people have this passive aggressive attitude avoid them. You been warned. I came here twice before and it was ok, I booked through zocdoc before and never had an issue until my today's appointment. The doctor is a nice guy but the 2 Front desk lady's are very unprofessional.

The visit was longer than we expected. Zocdoc's appointment did not notify the doctor of our arrival so we had to wait 1 hour and had to return to the office after he was notified by the nurse. His staff (Winnie) was courteous and accommodating, and Dr. W was entertaining and informational.

This is the best doctor I have ever been to in my life. If your thinking about going to him please do yourself a favor and go to him. The staff is nice they will do as much as they can for you and the doctor listens to anything you need to say. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen and the doctor was amazing.
