Excellent Experience from Start to Finish!
I had a fantastic visit at the Plaza Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The front desk made check-in a breeze, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.
Dr. Mohammed Ameen was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. They made sure I felt comfortable and answered all my questions with patience and care. The cleaning was gentle yet effective, and I left feeling confident in my dental health.
I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the kindness shown throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care with a personal touch!

Odd check in process. No one was at the front desk. They were having a staff meeting at the time of my appointment. An employee yelled across the office for me to sit down because they already checked me in. Did not verify my name or appointment time. When they finished their meeting a second employee came to the front desk and said she was checking everyone in. My appointment started late and ran late and in turn, I was late to work. I checked out but days later received a statement for payment. I’m not sure why this wasn’t brought up at check out since I had provided insurance information well before my appointment date.

Dr Ameen was really great. I’ve always been nervous to go to the dentist, but both Dr Ameen and all the staff were very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to. Plus their office was the nicest dental office I’ve ever been to!
