Literally the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. She burnt my lip INTENTIONALLY and when confronted about it she thought it was funny. I had to leave without a cleaning due to me being traumatized in her care. Then she had the audacity to charge my insurance as if I got the service done. Please go else where.

Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi is an excellent dentist! She is very professional, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly and supportive. I felt very comfortable throughout my treatment, and the quality of care is outstanding. Highly recommend Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi for anyone looking for the best dental care.

However, upon my arrival, I was informed that my "late" confirmation led to another patient being seen ahead of me, resulting in a 30-minute wait in the lobby.The dental assistant was courteous but somewhat reserved, and while the X-rays were completed promptly, I waited an additional 45 minutes to see the Dr. Jhansi Lakshmi Bodapati. Although the dentist was polite and attentive, I felt the examination was rushed. My X-rays were displayed on a screen behind the dental chair were I was seated, but I was not given or shown a thorough explanation of the findings or the specific areas requiring treatment.When discussing the necessary procedures, I felt pressured to schedule my next appointment without receiving the detailed, itemized estimate I requested. Although I was assured that this information would be emailed to me within 1-2 hours, I did not receive it until the following evening (9pm) via text message. The pricing provided was not itemized as I had requested
