PM Mental Health
We offer comprehensive mental health services to support the whole health of the family. Our team of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, therapists, and certified coaches provide evidence-based, compassionate care in a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.
Whether working with children, teens, young adults, or families, we meet clients where they are and adjust our approach to suit their individual needs.
We work with clients, ages 5+, that are facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD and other behavioral disorders, grief/loss, trauma, family stress, and life transitions. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered approach, we help clients develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and create lasting, positive change.
We offer services both virtually and in-person, with flexible weekday & weekend appointments available to book online.
NOW ENROLLING: We're extending our successful virtual DBT Skills Groups in NY to adults ages 25-40! Our multi-week program is designed to help you develop healthy coping tools, improve emotional regulation, and build stronger relationships all in a supportive, peer-connected environment. Be sure to mention during your intake if this is a program you are interested in learning more about.
When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit with a provider through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before your appointment with your provider.

We are in-network with several insurances:
-New York: Aetna, Affinity by Molina, Carelon (includes NYSHIP and Anthem plans), Cigna, Emblem/GHI (administered by Optum - select providers), Fidelis Care, Healthfirst, MVP, and more.
-New Jersey: Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Point Comfort
-Florida: Cigna, Lucet, Point Comfort (select Florida Blue plans)
-Texas: Cigna, Magellan (select Blue Cross Blue Shield plans), Point Comfort
Most new patients with in-network insurance pay $0 on average, for their initial assessment visit. We can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients, and offer competitive self-pay rates with a $99 new patient special for an initial assessment visit.

Admin was painful. Countless messages to fill in office application AFTER filling it out. Spoke to office countless times the day before. Had to create new pothole on new app that had to be downloaded only to find out that practitioner had never heard of platform. Was never sent correct login or platform info. We did an audio call instead. Then intake was wildly inappropriate. Practitioner may or may not be available for future appts. They routinely assign other practitioners. Not the personalized care I’m after. I selected this specific therapist for modalities listed on Zocdoc profile. I saw zero evidence of this. She might be very talented and able to offer all of these highlights - but she might not be available. Tedious and not relevant pediatric (I am an adult) intake form prevented me from asking a single question about her approach. She was unable to ask me a single question (off script) to even begin a conversation about why I’m there. Admin failing on many many many fronts.
