I waited for about 5 minutes to be seen and the reason why I was waiting was explained to me (the provider was with another patient). Thereafter everything moved very fast with imaging and seeing the provider who explained the images and told me what needed to be done. I was given a comprehensive treatment and financial plan and know exactly what to look forward to. Great service overall. I would recommend this dental service

Staff was friendly and kind. Dentist was 15 minutes late to see me but apologized
Office was too dirty for a medical office. Ant traps in the windows, holes in the dry wall, listerine stains on the wall, and the ceiling stained with black soot or mold made me uncomfortable with the cleanliness. Also the medical chair and lights were damaged and probably should have been replaced.

Dr. Brown is absolutely wonderful and so is her staff. I have crippling dental anxiety but she was understanding, kind, and patient. Happy to have established care with my new permanent dentist. I highly recommend her and her staff!!

This was my first visit at this Dentist office. The office staff were very professional and helpful. I had a few questions which were answered immediately. Dr. Denise Brown was great. She was soft spoken, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I have a fear of dentist visits but today was completely different. I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first visit at Pointer Ridge dental as a new patient and I believe I have found my new dental care family. They staff is very friendly, especially Ms Kat and Dr. Berry. If I could give 1 million stars to Kat (dental hygienist) and Dr. Berry a.k.a. “Dr. Strawberry” ?? I would!
If you have children and need to bring them to your appointment for whatever reason if you can’t find a babysitter, etc. I highly recommend ms Kat. She’s a kid whisperer ??. I brought my kindergartener with me to my appointment today and he had the best experience ever and it wasn’t even his appointment ??.
I would DEFINITELY recommend Pointer Ridge Dental for your dental needs.

Dr Berry was gentle and calmed by concerns. Explained everything and answered every question. My exam with dental hygienist Ms. Cat was like spending time with an old friend. Ms Jasmine and Ms Lauri at the front were welcoming and patient. Highly recommend

My Office Visit went well, the Dr explained that he could fix my problem. I was told they would call and schedule my procedure I never heard back from them, I called them back after 1 week as they said they had to do a Scan. I called back and they said the Dentist would call me that Day, and it’s been 2 Days and still no response. They approved me with their Credit System and I Paid money down , The whole idea of Seeking medical assistance is to get your Problem Resolved, that’s not Good Customer Service . I would not encourage anyone to see this Provider. Zoc Doc you Bombed on this one. I should get my money Refunded. A Joke.

He made adjustments to my dentures that I hadn’t worn because they were painful. The office staff informed me of their payment procedures which I took advantage of.

I made an appointment for tooth extraction, they changed the doctor. When I arrived the replacement doctor telling me, he doesn't have the time for the extraction, so why accept the appointment in the first place. Charging you for nothing.
A specialist told me before, it will be an extraction and stitching. Here, he talking about this bone filler that I don't need , Something to make the bill way higher.
