This was my first visit at this Dentist office. The office staff were very professional and helpful. I had a few questions which were answered immediately. Dr. Denise Brown was great. She was soft spoken, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I have a fear of dentist visits but today was completely different. I will definitely be going back.

Today was my first visit at Pointer Ridge dental as a new patient and I believe I have found my new dental care family. They staff is very friendly, especially Ms Kat and Dr. Berry. If I could give 1 million stars to Kat (dental hygienist) and Dr. Berry a.k.a. “Dr. Strawberry” ?? I would!
If you have children and need to bring them to your appointment for whatever reason if you can’t find a babysitter, etc. I highly recommend ms Kat. She’s a kid whisperer ??. I brought my kindergartener with me to my appointment today and he had the best experience ever and it wasn’t even his appointment ??.
I would DEFINITELY recommend Pointer Ridge Dental for your dental needs.

Dr Berry was gentle and calmed by concerns. Explained everything and answered every question. My exam with dental hygienist Ms. Cat was like spending time with an old friend. Ms Jasmine and Ms Lauri at the front were welcoming and patient. Highly recommend

It’s nice to be important, but it is important to be nice.
Is the beautiful art work that is displayed in the lobby as you wait to be checked in and seen by the staff.
However I just don’t feel as thou certain front desk staff feel the same way.

She provided me with excellent, professional service and a very thorough exam/cleaning. I’d recommend her services to everyone.

The office was inviting, the staff was approachable and friendly, the staff provied excellent customer service. Dr. Brown was wonderful, she explained and clarified what she was doing and the purpose. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. I have already referred a friend to her, atlease given her information. Plus, I have a follow up appointment.
