AMAZING TEAM! I feel and hurt my right lower back several weeks before my appointment. Dr. Nidhi really worked on all my tension and i was walking better within the same day! The team is super patient with you; they TEACH you about your care and not tell you do do something. They explain why certain exercises work better than others, in order to avoid you from further injurying. They NEVER push you beyond your limit. I look forward to my visits to the team at Myrtle Ave location.

The office was very clean. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. I got there late due to no parking and was still seen right away. The doctor was extremely nice and seems like she knew her stuff with my diagnosis. As I explained my symptoms she was very familiar with it, so that made more comfortable with my appointment. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because I did feel like it seemed a little rush towards the ending of our session because she had another patient waiting. Also the bathroom was clean but no paper towels to dry your hands after you wash them.

She really knows her stuff! I was impressed. I’m a mom of 3 and I’ve been having a lot of pain that no other provider could figure out.
I’ve done acupuncture, chiropractic care and even had X-rays done and the pain wouldn’t go away. She pinpointed what it was and in one session it is halfway gone so I have full confidence being in her care.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc, but I wasn’t seen by the doctor I selected. No explanation was provided for the switch, which I found unprofessional. It’s disappointing when a practice changes doctors without informing the patient. Fortunately, the substitute doctor was attentive and provided good care.

Extremely useful info to carry with me moving forward within exercise, breathing, posture, etc. Doctor was kind, informative, helpful, patient, and answered everything. Super appreciative and I’ll be returning!

This is a 4th health professional I've seen in a month and the first who paid attention to me and my injury in detail. Every exercise was tested to my abilities instead of just giving me that "should work for everyone". I felt real empathy not a performance. Very knowledgeable. Raised flags about pains that I'm having and immediately told me to see the appropriate doctor.

I visited Nidhi for a couple of appointments. The initial one was great, I had one on one attention with her and really enjoyed my time. The final visit I had with her, did not go so well. My appointment lasted an extra hour past what it was supposed to because she was helping 5 other people at the same time and someone in training ended up being the one to help me. I asked them if I was doing one exercise correctly, to which they said they know that they should know, but they were not sure and had to ask Nidhi. I didn't get the attention I needed. I'd also have to follow up multiple times to get my new exercises updated to my chart. I like Nidhi as she's nice and comfortable to talk to, but I hadn't enjoyed my past visits due to the overall environment

Nidhi treated me for lower back pain caused by herniated discs. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, and consistently guided me throughout my recovery journey. It required a lot of effort with exercises and time, but I made great progress. Highly recommended!

Dr. Nidhi was terrific. She asked me questions to determine what I needed for my shoulder. Then she started with the physical therapy and then taught me some exercises I need to do at home. It was my first session so I was sore but I did feel slight improvement. Her staff was great too: very friendly, helpful, and patient. I’m looking forward to completing my physical therapy with Dr. Nidhi and her staff so I can recover full functionality in my arm.
