Native Russian speaking psychotherapist. Focus - depression and anxiety for adults and children. In addition I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults, using play and creativity to help them heal and grow. I create a safe, supportive space where children can explore their feelings and develop emotional resilience. I have experience supporting children with ADHD, autism, and those navigating trauma, as well as helping individuals process grief, divorce, life transitions, and big changes like starting a new school. My compassionate approach fosters understanding and growth for both children and families.
