I had a terrible experience here. She has a terrible bedside manner and seems like she doesn’t care. It honestly just seems like they want to give you whatever you want and then keep it moving. If you’re dealing with real mental health issues and need genuine support and care, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I think the biggest thing is that compassion fatigue is real in this nurse. I will just wait three months for my insurance-covered support. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what I needed or what to ask for but she didn’t care either. Honestly, I see what this place is.
