Very poor experience. Called multiple times. Left multiple messages. No response. Not even a call back. Drove to the appointment. Just for the secretary to tell me my insurance was not accepted. Very poor service and response time. Don't recommend at all.

Terrible, appointment was made per your website for an ingrown toenail. No doctor, just an assistant that wanted to change cardiac meds prescribe by a board certified cardiologist, asking questions about ED, needed my toe looked at . . . Will NEVER be back!!!!!

I am a new resident to Florida. The doctors office made it very easy and straightforward to becoming a patient. During my appointment, the doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions. From the time I walked into the door till the time I left, all of the staff were very professional and treated me like a patient and not just a number.

Dr. Robert Kaszuba was okay, I only say that because the appointment felt kind of rushed like he just wanted to get it over before it started. Also he gave me two papers but didn’t clearly explain to me what they were for. I hadn’t been to the doctor since I was a teen so everything felt new to me. But all of the other staff was really nice and very friendly. Because of them I might come back to this office.

I was very disappointed in the whole experience and embarrassed as a BayCare employee that this is a BayCare facility. My appointment time was changed the day before and the provider I booked with also changed. I was taken back 40 minutes late and was told I had 3 patients ahead of me. I was unable to stay as I had another appointment scheduled after this. No one kept me updated as I waited in the waiting room. Staff was not helpful. I will never go back to this office again.

Wait time was long but only one provider in office that day but was very busy and made to say sorry but even with one provider on he took the time with patients and fully addressed everything he needed to!

This is a walk-in clinic which I'm sure is fine for that. I booked an appointment to see a primary care doctor and had to wait over an hour past my appointment time. I eventually walked out due to the wait time and the overall appearance of the office.
