I am a new resident to Florida. The doctors office made it very easy and straightforward to becoming a patient. During my appointment, the doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions. From the time I walked into the door till the time I left, all of the staff were very professional and treated me like a patient and not just a number.

Dr. Robert Kaszuba was okay, I only say that because the appointment felt kind of rushed like he just wanted to get it over before it started. Also he gave me two papers but didn’t clearly explain to me what they were for. I hadn’t been to the doctor since I was a teen so everything felt new to me. But all of the other staff was really nice and very friendly. Because of them I might come back to this office.

Doc turned out to be not available at original appointment time as I chose on Zoc Doc, so the office called and said I could see a nurse practitioner or reschedule my visit.to three days later. I wanted the doctor and rescheduled. Was called by Doc’s office to confirm appointment. I arrived ten minutes early. Signed in, sat down, waited 30 minutes till someone told me the Doc is elsewhere, and I could see a nurse practitioner or reschedule. I don’t appreciate the waste of my time taken away from my job and also no notice to me. Ironic that while waiting futilely I read a poster on the wall saying no shows will be charged $25 on their next visit. For me there won’t be a second visit.

Way too long of a wait. Never called to tell me that the doctor wasn’t even in the office that day. Took people that came in after me. The entire duration of the appt was about 2 hours. This practice won’t be around for long if that’s how you continue to treat people.

Dr. Kaszuba is the best! I cried to him regarding my struggling with losing weight and he did everything to make sure I could have access to a healthy alternative with minimal side effects. I’m so beyond thankful for him, his compassion and care and transparency. His staff is amazing too! I drive from Sarasota, but the commute is so worth it!

Mind you, this was the end of the day on a Friday visit, but the overall manner of the doctor seeing me was very disappointing given that he did not listen to my needs very well (while I was explaining what I was there for, he took out his phone and started texting for 20-30 seconds straight). I stopped mid sentence while I was explaining my car accident as I waited for him to be done. He moved on from what I was telling him to start talking about whether I would be interested in taking antidepressants for what I went through.
It seemed like a completely whacked out way to follow up given that I never finished what I had to say since he stopped paying attention to me and was more focused on whatever his phone had to tell him. I would not go back to this office again based on the interaction and lack of interest in patient wellness.

I got there 30 minutes early and by the time I was done it was 2 hours later. they make it a point to do an EKG on every new patient regardless of whether you need one, and I doubt my insurance is going to cover that. The staff was super nice, but I could not understand a single word out of the doctors mouth. Even the staff say they have a hard time understanding him a lot.

?I was on a medication that I have been taking for years through my previous Dr. An he decided to not refill my prescription for that medication which helps me with my anxiety. Instead puts me on something else instead of weaning me off the one I had first. Not sure or why he would do that when he filled that prescription medication for me. I don’t like changing my medicine and starting something else.
The staff are excellent Denese an Sara are very sweet an helpful.

I am very happy I found PolMed. They have Saturday hours, which is almost unheard of! It’s very convenient. They do a lot of services within their office so you don’t need to be sent elsewhere for much. Everyone is very friendly. I’m pleased with my experiences here so far.

Dr. Kaszuba and his team deserve a lot of credit. I came to Florida due to the loss of my parents and ended up staying. As a new patient awaiting a serious surgery that was postponed in WI due to COVID, I had a complete breakdown during my appointment. I cried uncontrollably due to constant pain and lack of sleep/food.
The entire team of nurses, administrators , PA’s and Dr. Kaszuba himself cared for me and gave me hope, support, kindness and direction . I’m entrusting them to help me through my surgery and after, my primary care medical family. Thank you all .

I was able to get an appointment right away, received exceptional treatment from every member of Dr. Kaszuba’s team.
