Dr. Patel knew his stuff and had new xray technology that captured a great photo of my overall mouth. He caught I had arthritis in my upper right jaw. He explained things in great detail and gave me a chance to ask questions.

Delightful is not a word I would typically use with a trip to the dentist, but this really was. The wait was short, they'd already done insurance details, and the office was clean and nice. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Everyone wore masks, the rooms had air filters, and there was hand sanitizer available, which I appreciate greatly. Even if I were not concerned about covid, these precautions will minimize spread of other illnesses and no one wants even a cold. Felt very safe. Dr Patel was very pleasant and attentive. He communicated suggestions clearly. His assistant was very friendly. Excellent experience. Highly recommended.

This is a first time visit to a new dentist due to insurance changes. I went in for a regular cleaning. In the past 40 years I have had no dental problems nor work on my teeth. At this time I have no pain, swelling or discomfort in my mouth, yet this dentist thinks he sees possible infection around a couple roots and wants to go to an expensive specialist who works across the street. He already took numerous xrays. If there was an infection, why didn't he suggest an antibiotic instead? I do not feel comfortable with this dentist.

We were looking for a secondary emergency and hygiene maintenance. Dr. Patel took xrays and photos and pointed out several problems that needed to be addressed. I asked that he coordinate my dental health with my home dentist (we live most of the year in North Carolina).
He said he had tried that arrangement in the past and it never worked out. He is comfortable being the sole provider.
He did provide his observations that I can pass along to my home dentist.
IMHO Dr. Patel is a first class dentist with the latest technology, but we are going to look for local dental providers to supplement our home dentist.

Eventhough we just had our first visit with dr Sarju Patel, we like him and his team. Dr Sarju Patel is very gentle and he explains in detail the problem and what he is going to do. His team is very friendly and professional. We recomend him.

I saw Dr. Patel, DDS for an emergency visit this week basically because he was in my referred/covered dental ins group and I was reassured that the majority of his online reviews were extremely positive. I hadn't been to any dentist in some time due a variety of reasons (trust, shoddy work done, etc.), but because of a toothache (no doubt because I unfortunately put off finding a new dentist), I could wait no longer. I was very pleased that the office got me in even earlier than my scheduled appt. The staff was informative and answered any questions and concerns about billing and protocol, etc. and Dr. Patel was very gentle and reassuring. What a relief. I do need more work done and actually look forward to returning now that I'm more relaxed overall and feel more confident at this point to move forward.

I had a very comfortable first appointment with Dr. Patel. I am 78 year old who has taken care of my teeth over these many years and believe I know my teeth very well. (After all, they have been mine for a long time.) I am aware of how the care of my teeth shows up on xrays and visual inspection. I was pleased to hear the doctor recommend a procedure that was not unexpected along with his showing me visually what and where the problem was.
