A fantastic clinic with incredibly friendly and supportive staff. I felt like I was in good hands and walked out feeling great. The adorable golden retriever, Aspen, was a wonderful companion who was truly a comfort to see after my cleaning was over!

This was my first visit to this office and I’m never excited to go to the dentist but everyone made it a great experience with there kindness, professionalism and knowledge and made me look forward to my fallow up appointments. They were also very thorough and were very patient in explaining everything to me. This is only my first visit but I look forward to my next visit and thus far I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

They canceled my first appointment the day before for an “scheduling conflict” I had scheduled it for that week because I got off of work earlier then. I drove through rush hour traffic and I didn’t even get my teeth cleaned. She told me that I needed deep cleaning on all my teeth. When I questioned this, she that I only needed 2 teeth deep cleaned. Then she told me that my bridge was surprisingly sturdy but then wanted to “make it even stronger” by extending it another tooth! That’s thousands of dollars out of my pocket for work that she already told me didn’t need to be done. Then she told me that she’s having to reduce her office hours and next time I come in, I’d have to be there by 4:30. I told her that I now work until 4:30… then she just referred me to an office where her friend works on the opposite side of town. I asked her if we were going to clean my teeth since that’s why I came in and I had been there for 1 1/2 hours already. She said no we’re out of time? Shady.

The experience we received today was absolutely awesome and amazing. I highly recommend Dr. shall ! She was so kind and understanding about my brothers needs. My brother is a special needs older man. And I have to mention Brook, well I hope I’m saying her name right. She was so kind and loving toward my brothers needs and I love her for that. If you truly want a dentist who listens to your every need thats Dr. Shall she’s the one for you!

The whole appointment from the time I checked in until the minute I left was great. The reception was kind and friendly,. I was taking back earlier than my appt and the dental hygenist actually explained to me the measurements of my gums and what the meaning is behind the numbers. Dr Shall was truly a great communicator, nice sense of humor, down to earth, and probably has the best bedside manner that I’ve ever experienced. This means a lot since to me because it definitely makes me feel like ultimately she’s got the best chose in mind for her patients!

My dad has minor dementia and loses or breaks his dentures on a regular basis. He also has severe hearing impairment and it’s very difficult to communicate with him at times.
I was tired of dealing with dentists that were apathetic to our situation. I decided to take him to Ponderosa and am extremely satisfied with Kaylynn and Dr Shall. They do their best to make him comfortable and went above and beyond in not only creating a pair of dentures, but using scans and moldings to help us if we ever need a replacement. They also always called us whenever things got done earlier to expedite my dad’s denture downtime.
There are plenty of quality dentists around but it’s more rare to find one that also deeply cares about their patients and their unique circumstances.
Would highly recommend Ponderosa Dental to anyone in search of a caring and supportive dental team.

Iwas in for a cleaning and they found a loose crown that was putin by another dentist. Dr. Shall created a treatment plan and scheduled an appointment in only 2 weeks to fix it. I’ve been her patient for years and absolutely love her! She is smart, confident, and has a great bedside manner. The office dog Aspen was the cherry on top.
