She was amazing! She kept things real with me and was very informative. She listened to me and didn’t act like being a doctor gave her a big head like some doctors. She is great! I highly suggest meeting with her! I’ve met with a lot of doctors over the last few years and she’s probably only the second one I felt comfortable talking to and opening up to and wasn’t afraid of her judging me or looking down on me.

The Lakewood clinic is the best clinic of Porch Light. The front desk staff is so friendly and welcoming. They make you feel cared for and important. Almost no wait time every time here either!

From what my friends have told me about porch light is that they help with your meds and get you back on track really fast. What stood out about my visit was that it didn't take long usually I'm in someone else's office for 2 hours but there they got me in and out pretty fast. Id recommend them to other people in the future. Everything was good about my first time. It's just that they had 1 little slip up. They forgot to get my a 30 day supply of my past meds I was on and I think someone that was relayed to look them up and have me go pick them up he must of forgot because the lady I seen on the laptop said I would get a 30 days worth till I see a psychiatrist.

Good, Patricia at front desk was nice and friendly, greeted me as I walked in, said she was with another patient and would be right with me, got right back to me right after the other patient and ready to answer any questions with understandable answers, also looked like she was training someone introduced me to her as well. She would be great to use companywide for an example of how to be at the front desk.

The doctor did not show up to work that day and they didn't even call me to inform me not to come in. They wanted me to see another doctor instead via Telehealth when I specifically came in because the doctor was supposed to meet with me in-person.

Anna Eckert really knows her stuff and is incredibly kind and compassionate. She has great advice and brought me so much comfort about what to expect with getting well and recovering from being addicted to kratom. I really appreciate how kind the entire staff was, from the moment I walked in the door they were kind and smiley and made me feel so much better. The man at the front desk was so nice i made sure to tell him on the way out, and he scheduled my next appointment for me. The nurse who took my blood pressure was kind as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking to detox or free themselves from an addiction. Dr Eckert really is top notch at what she does :)

My visits are always good, I don’t feel judged or mistreated. I feel respected and that porch light always has my best interest. Shout out to doctor Durbin without him I don’t know where I would be. I am so thankful for him co-founding this practice and the amount of people he’s helped out after our nation was plagued with opiates. I can't say enough about Dr Weissman. She saved my life. She cares for you like your one of her family. I have referred several people whom I know struggle with addiction, alcohol, meth, fentanyl, and cocaine. She has helped every single one of them.

This was my first time being seen at this clinic and I definitely will be back! The staff made me feel comfortable and were very professional. I saw Dr. Weissmann for my appointment and she is amazing. I felt comfortable talking to her and didn't feel judged at all. Dr Weissmann answered all my questions and explained my treatment plan in great detail so that I know what's ahead of me. I walked out of the office feeling comfortable and educated on the different services they have to offer. I definitely will be returning!!

Im respecting the fact that they set an appointment for a certain time and was here on time. it would of been nice if they would respect mine. I have kids to pick up and a new puppy at home waiting on me and I've been sitting for 40 minutes past my appointment AND I was early 15 min. At this moment I am still waiting.

I was spoken to like a friend the minute I walked through the door. Being in this situation and having to ask for help is very stressful and emotional. I was offered a hug, I did not know the receptionist at all but the fact that she was willing to help a complete stranger in their time of need was exactly what I needed at that time. I am a nervous person and have severe anxiety, I was very calm and was able to express my true feelings and was able to be honest with the staff as well as with the Dr. I love this place and will continue my care here. I wish everyone with substance abuse issues could have access to this particular office and experience that I had.
