Dr. Josh Lin is the first PCP I’ve had who actually feels reachable.
Before this, it was always the same routine—call the office, sit on hold, get told someone will call back, and meanwhile, you’re still feeling awful. With Dr. Lin, I can message him directly and get help quickly. No runaround.
He listens, explains things clearly, and doesn’t rush you. If you’re tired of the “in-and-out” model and want real access to your doctor. I am very happy with his care for me.

I’m truly grateful for Dr. Josh Lin. With my previous primary care doctor, it was hard to get timely help, and I often had to wait a long time to hear back. With Dr. Lin, I received prompt care when I needed it most, and the communication was clear and reassuring.
He is patient and kind, and he takes time to listen. As a Chinese Christian, I’m thankful God provided a doctor who is both professional and compassionate.
