The doctor was brusque and seemed bothered by my appointment. It felt more like a sales appointment than a dentist appointment.

This place really tries to sell you on everything. And of course the “extra” services are not covered by insurance. The doctor came out and was having a conversation with the receptionist (who is also the DA) right behind me for a couple minutes without greeting me or anything, which was awkward and unprofessional. She was very rough with the cleaning, to the point my gums felt really sore after- much more so than other times I have gotten cleanings done. She did try to get me to buy the 360 x-rays (not covered by insurance ofc and very expensive) and when I refused, she took really low-quality x-rays of my teeth that did not even show 70% of them clearly. They charged extra for the fluoride. I did not like feeling pressured into extra services before the doctor even looked at my teeth. I did not like how rough she was. I did not feel like the quality of the cleaning was up to par compared to past dentists I have been to, the whole experience felt rushed and lacked care/compassion.

I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and really hate going, to an extreme amount. She was so kind and comforting the entire appointment and kept checking on me. I really appreciate everyone, even the people checking me in were super nice. Very welcoming office.

I would never go back. The front receptionist’s for whatever reason thought it would be funny to make rude comments about me and laugh. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant, I’d never go back.

The appoint was very easy to arrange. Everything on the Zocdoc page was accurate. The Dr. was very professional and easy to communicate with, all my questions were answered. The staff was very professional and friendly. The office looks excellent, like a 4 star hotel. I will be coming back and recommending the Dr. to my family. This 1st visit was an excellent suprise.

The receptionist and the hygienist were very nice but the dentist was awful - worst experience I’ve ever had. There was constant upselling and she rushed during the cleaning, I’ve never had a cleaning that was so painful and messy. The office and X-ray machines are also outdated. Avoid if possible.

Terrible. Dr. Sajjadi barely spoke to me. She did not explain anything that was happening during the appointment, the only time she talked was to criticize the health of my teeth. She did a poor job cleaning my teeth, as I learned when I went to a new dentist this month.
Dr. Sajjadi's assistant was kind and professional.

She is an incredible physician. I have been suffering from a terrible toothache for several weeks so my daughter decided to setup a dental appointment. It’s been 20 plus years since I seen a dentist and I was kind of nerves but Dr. Parvaneh Sajjadi and her staff made me feel comfortable and solved my toothache problem. I left my appointment feeling satisfied with the marvelous service I received from the entire office staff. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Parvaneh Sajjadi .

Earlier this year I needed to undergo a course of chemotherapy and radiation to my face. One of the things that needs to be done in preparation is make sure one's teeth are able to best withstand the effects. Dr. Sajjadi was able to fit me in on very short notice and work within a tight schedule to prep me for the procedure. She and her staff have been very professional and caring, and I've been very happy with the results. I feel I made a good decision when I became a patient in her practice.

Pro - Dr. Sajjadi is a very pleasant dentist. She is always friendly and always has a smile on her face.
Con - My original attraction to this practice was the fact that she provided Saturday visits. After a few appointments, I came to realize that it is virtually impossible to get one of the Saturday appointments.
Pro - The office is very clean and the nursing staff is very knowledgeable.
Con - My treatments were broken up too much. I found myself at the dentist way too often just trying to get a few basic procedures
Pro -Dr. Sajjadi is highly skilled at delivering needles. I barely felt a thing!
Con - There is always an upsell when you visit. I do not like being asked about additional services. In today's day and age, we can easily see the available services online and request them as needed. I believe I received a number of treatments such as mouth cancer scan just because I felt obligated without really looking into if/when I needed to have one.

After waiting around 30 minutes after my scheduled time for my visit, I was taken back to do my x-rays. The dentist had her assistant do them who had no idea how to do them. It took about 30 minutes to do the x-rays and another 30 minutes for the cleaning by the dentist. I was also asked multiple times if I was sure that I did not want certain procedures/products done after declining. I also had mouth sores after my visit.

I had alot of pain and sensitivity on one of my back molars. Dr. Sajjadi completely eliminated the pain and even called to follow-up and see how I was feeling. I've always had anxiety with dentist but thanks to Dr. Sajjadi I'm so comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
