Waited 2 hrs in the room for a very rushed 3 min visit with the dentist and a so very rushed 5 min teeth cleaning that did not have me feeling clean or satisfied after.

30 minute sitting with no one else in the front waiting room. Then 30 minutes, sitting in a chair in front of a television. In that one hour, they took a few x-rays! My time is just as valuable as theirs, apparently I’m the only one who values it!

Staff was super sweet.
Very clean and updated office
Wait in lobby was not long at all but I did wait for over an hour in the chair (after x rays) before Dr came by.
After she came by, it was a quick process.
I’m hoping it was just an end of year thing, (people trying to use their benefits) because I would like to keep going back.
Will definitely be going back, just with an expectation to be there a while.

I had a great experience at this dental office! The office was clean and welcoming, and the staff was very informative, attentive, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them!

Everyone is great in there. My teeth look better than before. Dr. Assad is very patient as well as his staff.
The only thing I would advise is to lower the music on the waiting room. It is very loud to my ears and it gives me a headache. Sometimes, I just want to sit, read a book or just think while waiting for my turn but the music is so loud, I can’t even think. The music selection is great, just the volume is too high.
