My experience at this dental office was amazing! The staff was so warm and welcoming and when I went to the back the dental assistant helped calm my nerves by talking to me and getting to know me! The dental hygienist and doctor were caring, gentle and kind to me!

I could not have asked for a better experience. I was seen as soon as I arrived and everything was high tech. The dentist was great and explained what needed to be done.

It was my first visit to Dr. Olivia Bustos. From the very beginning I felt being welcome. The lady at the reception counter was friendly and made the paperwork easy to manage. A charming nurse invited me into one of the well-equipped and modern treatment rooms. Explaining every single step of what she was doing, I did not experience any anxious moment. The preparation for the dentist’s examination and with it a possible treatment plan was exemplary. After this Dr. Bustos thoroughly had a look at my teeth and the surrounding gums. The nurse entered her commenting remarks to her findings as part of the dignosis report. Right afterwards the dentist explained her findings to me and initiated another examination by the hygienist based on one of the findings. As part of the treatment plan Dr. Bustos referred me to an endodontist due to the complex character of the advanced issue at the tooth in question.
I am very glad that I was able to become a patient of Dr. Olivia Bustos. Thank you.

30 minute sitting with no one else in the front waiting room. Then 30 minutes, sitting in a chair in front of a television. In that one hour, they took a few x-rays! My time is just as valuable as theirs, apparently I’m the only one who values it!

Very clean and updated office
Wait in lobby was not long at all but I did wait for over an hour in the chair (after x rays) before Dr came by.
After she came by, it was a quick process.
I’m hoping it was just an end of year thing, (people trying to use their benefits) because I would like to keep going back.
Will definitely be going back, just with an expectation to be there a while.
