I would describe my experience as relieving and calming to me. I needed to have someone listen to me and my issues, and she was very accommodating to me with the listening and then really wise in her comments back to me. I will be going back to her next week for follow-up and will be talking more about my issues and getting them all out. Maybe I will feel better. I am hoping I will if I keep going back.
