While Dr Kodali is awesome, the follow-through from his office is very unsatisfactory. I have been stuck in a rut between the doc’s office and the insurance on a simple MRI approval and can’t get any communication. Their front desk and support staff are too overwhelmed and need more capacity to support the number of patients they see.

Office was clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Doctor was very nice. Did feel a bit rushed when speaking with hun, but that may have been because the office was unaware of my appointment that I made through zocdoc, so I think I was “fit in”.
