Practice Philosophy:
My practice is rooted in a holistic and collaborative approach to mental health care. I believe in tailoring treatment to each individual, combining evidence-based interventions such as medication management and psychotherapy with a strong emphasis on education, self-care, and empowerment.
Healing is a partnership. Your goals, values, and lived experiences guide our work together as we develop strategies that foster balance, resilience, and well-being. Each appointment is designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in your growth.
Treatment plans are personalized and flexible, recognizing that no two people are alike and that your needs may evolve over time.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a mutual commitment built on respect and accountability. Just as I dedicate my time, expertise, and energy to your care, I ask that patients honor their appointments, complete required forms or registrations, and maintain open communication. These boundaries help ensure that our work together remains consistent, focused, and effective.
Scheduling and Cancellations:
To respect the time and commitment of all patients, I kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.
Please note that two or more no-shows may result in discharge from the practice to ensure appointment availability for other patients in need.
Insurance and Billing:
All insurance claims are processed through Grow or Headway, depending on your insurance plan. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a registration link from the appropriate platform within 24 hours.
It is each patient’s responsibility to complete registration with the designated platform before the appointment and to verify insurance coverage and benefits throughout treatment, as eligibility may change.
If registration with Grow or Headway is not completed within 7 days of your appointment, your claim may become ineligible for in-network submission. In that case, services may be billed as out-of-network, resulting in a higher out-of-pocket cost, or may require self-pay.
Patients who do not maintain up-to-date billing and insurance information or fail to adhere to practice policies may become ineligible for continued services.
