Praxis Counseling and Therapy PLLC provides therapy for adults who feel stuck in patterns they can’t seem to change. Many clients come in dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, or substance use—but often the deeper challenge is feeling caught in cycles that repeat despite their efforts. My approach is practical and collaborative. We focus on understanding patterns, building awareness, and developing ways to respond differently in real time—not just talking about problems, but working toward meaningful change. I offer in-person sessions in San Antonio, as well as telehealth services throughout Texas and Florida.
