please you need to have comunication with office. i made my app through zocdoc one day the office was closed. just made me wasted my time. and by the way i never received a call to confirm my app with a real person.

Dr. Samual is patient and kind. Reviews children history and provides attentive dates for vaccines and other essential shots. The staff is extremely friendly and when asked will provide paperwork when needed.
