Preferred Virtual Healthcare offers convenient and reliable urgent care services for adults through virtual consultations via video or phone. Our expert providers diagnose and treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including but not limited to COVID-19, influenza, bronchitis, sinusitis, allergies, pink eye, urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections, rashes, minor acne, minor injuries (with X-rays available at the nearest imaging facility), and sexually transmitted infections. We also provide medication refills, labs, and other healthcare services.
Our telehealth visits are facilitated by HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing software, which enables patients to schedule a consultation with a board-certified, state-licensed, and experienced provider within minutes. We accept multiple insurance plans and self-pay options to ensure that our services are accessible and affordable to everyone.
*At this time, we do not prescribe any controlled substances (which includes all narcotics), most muscle relaxants, as well as medications for ADHD, insomnia, and weight loss.*

This was an amazing experience. I booked my appointment the same day, and saw Sheneeta Watts virtually within a couple of hours of booking, and she was an amazing listener, communicator, and had overall amazing virtual bedside manner. Even after the appointment, she was available with questions, and to assist me with updating my prescriptions (including calling around to multiple pharmacies until she found one that had the prescription in stock). Highly recommended to anyone that wants a convenient and thorough level of care.
