Dr Patel was very helpful and got me answers quickly and provided the best care for my specific situation and didn’t continue with unnecessary expensive testing when it was clear it wouldn’t help. She was very clear and she will be my Dr from now on

Horrendous is a good word for my experience. After setting my appointment online, using one of their suggested times, and getting confirmation online, as well; the office basically had no idea why I was there. Benjamin Boerner, N.P. wasn't even there, and wouldn't be for hours. They tried to have me change my schedule for a time more suitable for them, which I refused--I already set a time, which was agreed to by them previously. This was my first visit to this office, and it's safe to say it will be the last, as well. If they're this incompetent just setting up an appointment, I sure don't want them having access to my body and health. Total amateur hour.

One of the best doctor's visit I've ever had. I was coming in to talk about a newly developed allergy and this appointment was extremely informative. He answered all my questions and then some. I walked out of there feeling very confident in myself, which was the best medicine I could have gotten.

Send in a copy of your insurance as soon as you can!!! I forgot to do it until the night before and they didn’t have enough time to check my coverage so I am waiting to hear about what I owe!

Dr B as I call him is very responsive, he is helpful and knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain stuff if your not sure and he is very thorough which I really appreciate. He is easy to talk to and has a wealth of tricks n tips to help with the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone .
