Welcome!**Prior to booking your appointment with us, please read the following instructions below.**
1. Please provide your Full Name, Date of Birth, Home address including city, and zip), Phone Number, Email Address, Insurance Name, Member ID, Policy Holder's Name and Date of Birth.
2. If you DO NOT have insurance, please indicate you are Self-Pay. **Please note our self-pay rate is estimated between $270-$400 depending on the reason for your visit**
3. Please select the appropriate reason for your visit. Please be as detailed as possible as to the reason you would like to be seen.
4. All New Patients are expected to arrive 30 MINUTES PRIOR to Scheduled Appointment Time.
5. You are allowed to bring 1 guest (18 years or older) to accompany you to your upcoming appointment. No children are allowed at this time.
6. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that there are emergencies. Please be advised, we have a No Show/Missed appointment policy and there will be a $25 fee assessed if you no show/miss your appointment without contacting us in a timely manner (24hrs).

This is by far the best Doctor I have ever seen. He is thorough, and goes out of his way to explain what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. He is also very compassionate, and makes me feel as comfortable as possible during the more uncomfortable exams. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

The doctor and nurses as well as the ultrasound tech were absolutely incredible! Very kind, incredible bed side manner & helped to calm my nerves as I am having some complications. It is a shame that the doctor will no longer be doing deliveries and I had to find a different office. My only qualm about the experience was they tried to reschedule me because I didn’t arrive 30 minutes early, the website & their confirmation call both advised to arrive 15 minutes early (I arrived 20 minutes early) but then had to wait in their line for nearly 30 minutes. After already waiting to check in, I wasn’t seen for nearly an hour after - which happens I totally understand ! But I found it kind of silly they wanted me there early but couldn’t even keep my appointment time.

Doctor required additional appointments and pregnancy tests to prescribe oral contraceptives. I went for my exam and was not provided with a prescription unless I came for a second appointment. As a woman in her 30’s I have never experienced a doctor requiring a second appointment to send an electronic prescription. Further, I have been hung up on and unsuccessful in obtaining the results of my exam.

The front receptionist was very polite and friendly. She checked temperatures and made sure masks were worn. Ms Gladys was amazing, she went above and beyond. She made sure all our questions were answered before we left the office. And I must say our provider Dr. Soegaard made sure our office visit was his top priority. He explained everything step by step and questions or concerns we had was answered immediately. What a pleasure it was to visit this office.

Great office, and friendly staff!! The doctor he is amazing. Right away he tells you the plan and steps to take. He listened and was very kind. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything. Doctor was efficient and quick and informed you of everything. I didn’t have to ask questions. Staff of nurses and receptionist very nice and friendly and they leave you feeling special! Use their chat features and scheduler as its faster and then they will reach out to you

Due to having a traumatic Pap smear experience at a completely different office with another provider, I was extremely hesitant on coming in. I also never had a male gynecologist before, so that added to my anxiety. But reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to give him a a shot. He listened when I expressed my anxiety about getting the pap and explaining my previous traumatic experience, and he assured me that there will be no pain and if in the slightest chance that I do feel any pain or uncomfortableness he would stop. And he was completely right! Not only did he make me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety, the actual procedure was basically painless, a little pressure but nothing like my previous experience. Plus, the whole staff there were very welcoming and nice. Would highly recommend Dr. Soegaard.

I interrupted him several times to ask questions, he wasn't annoyed, he listened intently and answered accordingly.
His assistants names are escaping me right now but, they were just as lovely.

Dr Soegaard and his staff members both on WhatsApp and in the Port Saint Lucie office were all amazing. The Dr was very respectful, knowledgeable and really seems to want to help me and having kids, nothing means more to me than my health, so I greatly appreciate that. The paperwork you fill out for the first appt is nice and simple. He gets all of the details and your history when you see him which i appreciated as well and there was no wait which was AMAZING! I highly recommend Dr Soegaard to anyone looking for a Gyn, you won’t be disappointed ??
