We want to get you back on your feet and doing the things you love as quickly and as painlessly as possible. You’re an adult with many responsibilities including work and family obligations and people need you to be healthy and pain free. Tacoma Chiropractor Dr. Turrubiate’s in-depth knowledge of spinal health and wellness encompasses proper alignment of the spine, health and strength of supporting muscles, diets with the proper nutrients to support back health and healing, the latest in spinal decompression techniques that have been proven to promote healing and relieve pain associated with herniated discs and bulged discs, and the newest addition: state-of-the-art Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) approved by the FDA to decrease inflammation and reduce pain. We have an in-house LMP to provide massage therapy if it is determined that including this option would be best for your back pain relief. Our holistic approach to healing may include massages, rehabilitation exercises, nutrition counselling, and/or spinal decompression treatments.
