Dr. Shoulton was a breath of fresh air! I had a not so great doctor previously so this was a great change. She took my concerns seriously and made efforts to ensure that I had the right tests done. The wait wasn't too bad and I was not there for longer than an hour. The process was smooth and I would recommend her to anyone.

When I first arrived to the office I was not sure that this was the place that I wanted to be. However, after sitting and making observations, I became a little more comfortable with the decision to give her a try. Finally after getting to meet her and share my concerns with her, as she made exchanges with me about her experiences, I made an instant connection with her. She's very personable and caring. A woman, and physician with a vison that supersedes herself. The service provided was well worth the wait.

Dr. PJ's bedside manner was exceptional. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The only issue was the wait time/insurance verification process. It was over an hour for the office staff to confirm my insurance and get me triaged. Once I was seen it was less than 20 minutes in and out.

Never got any confirmation and when I went in she had about 8 patients waiting for her. I would take that as she is a good doctor. But need some kinda of communication.

I enjoyed my visit today. Dr Yardly is the best doctor I ever met. She is understanding, listen to my concerns attentively, compassionate, and give me good medical advice about my health. Im so glad she is my new permanent pcp.

Like others stated, the doctor herself is a very warm person that you immediately feel comfotable with was. I went in for an annual physical and a nurse did most of my tests. She was ok. I made my appointment on zocdoc and 1) it was never confirmed by the doctors office, I actually had to call the day of to make sure I could come in AND 2) They said they dont accept the zocdoc check in forms...I waited over an hour to be seen and noone ever came to keep me updated on what was taking so long. They seemed very disorganized. I probably wont be going back

She was absolutely amazing. I felt like I was welcomed as part of her family. As far as her expertise it was phenomenal. She saw me as a whole, looking to analyze all of the problems that I had, not just picking one. She made excellent referrals and stayed with me until we addressed every single issue. Immediate transfer to a specialist, She did all initial tests and the appointment was within an hour of finding her on ZOCDOC. She has a patient for life. Excellent- and I'm a nurse, I have seen doctors on both sides of the office. She far exceeded my expectations. Transferring to her service.

I made an appt. 3 weeks ago and inly after filling out documents and waiting for over 15 mins. In the office i was told that they dont treat that issue. Very dissapointed
