Pros: Dr. Duvivier is great - nice bed side manners. Polite. Her medical team is also for the most part nice and great with kids.
Facility is bright and clean.
Cons: The office is small, not enough space for kids to play if there is a wait. Her medical team is very small, 2 people. Which double up as the administrative team which can make things worse. They do not do print outs of well visit / sick visit so you have to make sure you ask or jot it down yourself. They are not sure of what was done last visit. Most times you call in, it goes to voice mail.
They are friendly but severely under staff. They should hire one person as receptionist / admin so the medical team can do their jobs. Though the doctor was great - the whole office has to be efficient and moving forward. I cannot keep calling my doctors office 4/5 times to see if things were executed. Just my opinion.

Our visit is always pleasant. Dr. Tanya and Misty are the best pediatric duo! They make everything about the doctor's office fun for my little one.

She was excellent! Such a great bedside manner! It was my 1st time there with with my daughters and she made us feel so comfortable and at home. She is thorough and a definite breath of fresh air. The facilities are very clean and conveniently located. We will definitely be back!

I absolutely love Dr. Duvivier, she is calm and very knowledgable. She explains the reasons for her procedures and answers any questions you may have. The staff overall are lovely ladies who have lots of patience, I never feel rushed with my 1 month old son. The office is clean , there is no wait and she has evening hours that are convenient for working parents.

The doctor seemed to really care about my daughter's health. She asked questions, took notes, and she made me feel comfortable to answer questions without being judged. The office was open after 700pm! I didn't have to miss work either.

Doctor and nurses are wonderful, personal, and professional, they rememebr my sons needs without referring to a chart on second and third visits. Addressed all my minor and major concerns without making me feel silly llke some other peditricians. they only reason I'd complain is their business hours seem to vary but they always get back to me when they see my call is missed and they are open late. Great for working parents.
