Great questions and feedback throughout the entire appointment. Created an environment of comfort from the start.

Dr is rude and short and obviously impatient. I was 6 minutes late to the appointment due to poor signal. He couldn’t hear me and told me that I needed to take this time more serious and not take calls in the car. Then said “call the office. Reschedule” and then just HUNG UP!
This is the message word for misspelled and bad..everything. When I was 5 minutes late for a Face to Face, which everyone knows can be glitchy
Subject Line: Apptd
You scheduled a 10 am apptd with the psychiatrist. if you dont intent to show up. please call and cancel. Thats the doctors time where someone else could have been seen.
- I mean…I am calling to obviously get help with some sort of something that I need help with. He said a lot of people say they are a certain way and that it’s illegal to prescribe drugs.
I’m so confused. So on top of the unsaid issue I called for, now all I can do is think about the unprofessionalism AND the fact that I have to go through the whole process over again.
