We are a concierge therapy practice that uses the most effective evidence-based practices to aide you in reaching your goals. We use VR in the comfort of your home to aide in both exposure and relaxation techniques. Our therapy strategies range from CBT, and DBT to EMDR and other modalities.

I have accomplished more with Susan and Jenna in the last 3 months of CBT than I have in the last 30 years of bouncing from therapists and counselors. My mental health and personal relationships have never been better. HIGH RECOMMEND!!!!!
